I am so happy and impressed with the outstanding job Bath and Kitchen Gallery , Inc did for me to create my dream master bath. In the past, I have been cheated and lied to many times by other contractors, so I had to put my guard up when choosing my next big project. I read all B & K gallery great reviews and it caught my eye. When Joe (the owner) came to my home, I was pleasantly surprised with his genuine kind demeanor. He listened to my very detailed vision of what I wanted my bathroom to look like with open ears. Later he gave me a detailed estimate. I had 5 other estimates, most were less expensive, but the way I was treated by Joe made me trust him. He was not pushy nor did he make me feel like he was selling me something. He was the only one who reached out to me later asking what he could do to get my business. I signed the contract and that was the best decision I made. The whole process was very organized. The entire team was so polite and respectful. George, Phillip, and the lead carpenter, Bob, were amazing. They really want to make sure their customers are happy. You can tell they all cared about what I wanted. They all were very clean. They draped my bedroom from ceiling to floor to assure nothing would damage my furniture. They covered my hardwood floors and swept everyday after they left. It’s hard for me to trust people, so having people in my home when I’m not there, makes me nervous. But these guys are the most honest and trustworthy team you can hire. I was 100% confident and comfortable having them in my home. I can be a handful because I am very picky, but they never made me feel like I was dumb in my requests. I worked with Bob the most. You will fall in love with how kind he is. I live in a high-rise which can be very difficult to work in. Not once did they complain or cause any difficulty with my condo staff. I have had the staff at my condo actually rave about how nice Bob was and how courteous the whole team was compared to the other contractors that come and go. Bob was always a text away from any questions or concerns I had. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process knowing he was in charge. Doris was another person on their team that was such a treat to work with. She was also always available with texts and emails to assure all was going well. Her quick replies make you feel like you are the only person they are working with. Even though you won’t see her, her emails and texts are very personable that you feel like you’re friends…but at the same time she gets the job done fast. Remodeling always takes a long time, so be patient. You will be thrilled to see the end result. I requested my master bath to be tiled from ceiling to floor and Mario did an excellent job in a short time. All the tiles were leveled perfectly creating a clean smooth finish. I heard he was the best and they were right. I 100% percent recommend them to everyone. They are truly the best company I have worked with. I am so very thankful and grateful that I chose them. You will not be disappointed. Hire them!! From the initial design, through the completed project, Joe and his team did a great job on our bath remodel. We did a total tear out and remodel of our shower, vanity, mirrors, floor and toilet. The project began on the exact date as promised, and was finished within the given timeframe. The project stayed at the quoted price, with no surprises along the way. The crew was very considerate of controlling dust and any demolition was removed on a daily basis. They kept in touch with me on a regular basis with updates and answered any questions as they arose. Remodeled both my master and guest bath. Did a great job! Joe was exceptional at helping us design the bathrooms, pick out the cabinets, tile, faucets, etc… and keeping us at the budget we discussed. I got 5 estimates from different companies and they all tried to exceed the budget we discussed except Joe at The Bath and Kitchen Gallery and he had a better design and products than all of them. His workers were courteous and helpful and did a great job. I would highly recommend The Bath and Kitchen Gallery to anyone considering a home improvement project!

Recently we began a rather extensive renovation project. We needed to enlarge two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and add two walk-in closets. This project also included completely re-doing the master bath. The people at the Bath & Kitchen Gallery couldn’t have been more professional and / or accommodating. The cost was more than fair considering the scope of the project. We couldn’t be happier with the way the remodel turned out, in fact, we are currently having our kitchen redone by The Bath & Kitchen Gallery

Our master bath was remodeled. Existing shower and tub were removed and replaced by one large shower facility. The new shower was tile along with new tile on the floor and wall of the entire bath. Those areas not tiled were freshly painted, new shower, sink and toilet fixtures were provided. Work was professional, timely executed and of the highest quality. The workforce was professional and respectful to our needs and comments.

These guys were great! I had them remodel our master bathroom and the wrinkle was as the job started I had lost my job so needed cut the job short. They finished it to a logical point which was both on budget and on time – held on to my materials and came back two years later and finished the job beautifully ! They may have been a few dollars over another bid – but well worth it. They are pros from start to finish on time, on budget and cleaned up after themselves.

We had 2 bathrooms completely gutted then rebuilt. The prices were great. Joe worked hard to stay within our budget. The staff was wonderful they were very respectful to us and conscientious about their work. They cleaned up after each visit. They had set hours so we knew when to expect them as well as when they would leave. Finally, the bathrooms turned out absolutely beautiful. We were thrilled with this company from start to finish. Thank you Joe, Mike, Ed, Ron and Doris. You guys are the best.

We are delighted with the results of remodeling our two bathrooms. In one bathroom we had the bath removed and replaced with a fully tiled shower and cabinets and sink with new cabinets and granite counter. The second was replace everything, new tile floor and bath walls and replace all fixtures and cabinets. We are very happy with the end result. Mike was on site all the time and really nice to work with, and did a great job. Everyone who came to work on the project were extremely nice to work with and were efficient and very considerate. We would definitely us Joe and his team when we do any further remodeling.

We went to several home shows and got names of contractors. I also went on line and looked for contractors on the web. I came up with a list of contractors and ran them through the BBB of central Florida and also ran their license certificate numbers through the Hillsborough County License division to see if their license was current and if they had any complaints against them. Finally we decided to join Angie’s list to check out these contractors. Joining Angie’s list really helped me make my decision to go with The Bath and Kitchen Gallery for the following reasons 1. Joe Ferrantegennaro, President of The Bath and Kitchen Gallery, sent me a complete list of items two weeks before the requested estimate date that included a letter to confirm the appointment date, a three page list of customers for reference, Angie’s List rating and review form Angie’s list, Letter about who Joe is and what his business does, Certificate of Competency Hillsborough County with license numbers, Certificate of Liability Insurance and their mission statement. None of the other contractors did this. 2. When Joe came to the house he was very nice and cordial as were the other two contractors, but he was the only one that actually had drawing items with him and drew out both the bathrooms and the kitchen in engineering drawings so he know what we had and then made changes to the drawings as we told him what we were looking for. 3. We asked all the contractors to give us some ideas on what we could do to remodel our current kitchen and Joe was the only one that came up with creative ideas that we agreed to do. 4. Most important, Joe was the only one who gave us the county codes that affected what we wanted to do and how that would affect the cost of the project i.e. I wanted to remove both the other walls of the master bath and put in 2×4” wall and foam insulation which would bring out the both walls 4 inches. If I did this, the county code would make us move the toilet four inches from both walls in order to meet 36” for the code between the wall and the bathroom vanity. This was just one example of many we discussed. None of the other contractors let us know this. 5. Joe carries a great selection of quartz by many companies as well as tile and cabinet doors and cabinets. We were surprised that the other contractors only carried one company’s kind of quartz counter top where Joe carried many companies’ different types. We were set on Cambria Buckingham and Joe carried it. 6. Joe was the only one who sent a letter thanking us for allowing him the opportunity to provide us a proposal on our remodel project. Payment options were good. We could use a charge card or if we paid by personal check we would get 3% off the total cost. Also the design cost for the remodel was credited to the total cost. The payment plan was a deposit (approximately 50%) up front to order everything for the remodel, 1st draw (approximately 14%) at start of demo, 2nd draw (approximately 15%) at cabinet install, 3rd draw (approximately 15%) at plumbing rough-in, and final payment at completion. Joe and we agreed that the project wouldn’t start until all cabinets, tile, and plumbing fixtures etc. were delivered and available for the remodel. We also agreed that it would take 40 working days to complete the project, which would start on 7 May 2013. We signed the contract and can’t wait to get it started. On 7 May Joe’s crew showed up and started the demo. They first covered the floors with paper and drop clothes to protect the floors. They next hung plastic on the openings of the kitchen walls to prevent dust and dirt going into our living and dining rooms. The lead, Jay, asked us if we had any questions he could answer and if we saw anything we didn’t like to let him know so it could be fixed. This was our remodel and money so it is imperative that they do it the way we agreed to. The whole crew was very courteous and clean and always asked to use the restroom beforehand. They cleaned up the work areas every night before leaving. When a section of the remodel was complete, they asked for my approval before moving on to the next section. The remodel was completed as per contract and we are very pleased with the results. The very important thing we took away from working with the Bath and Kitchen Gallery was they treated our remodel like it was their own house and didn’t except anything but a first rate job. I would recommend the Bath and Kitchen Gallery to anyone that needs a home renovation done. The Bath and Kitchen Gallery also provides handyman service for odd jobs and with what we experienced with the Bath and Kitchen Gallery, we would recommend the handyman service also.

The kind of resources that Joe bring to the site are fantastic. 2. Design and Innovative Skills: This is one of the best thing we experienced. Joe and Frank try to understand your liking and suggest the options within your budget. 3. Resources and Workmanship: The resources that worked on the project has shown excellent professionalism. Their dealing with us was fantastic. They are aware of the premiss, respect your privacy. The workmanship was phenomenal. The attention to minute details and perfection was really commendable. 4. Delivery and Commitment : There was some confusion when cabinets ordered. Due to which, some of the cabinets did not fit to the original design. But Joe went back and worked with us, ordered new cabinets. I liked the commitment in delivering what we liked. 6. Cabinets and Other Accessories – The Holiday Kitchen Cabinetry that offered is the top of the line and we are extremely happy with the quality and the look. The back splash is phenomenal. Overall, I will recommend Joe to people who like to explore their ideas to build their dream kitchen.

we wanted a company (from soup to nuts) to consult, design and to install, these guys did everything and did it excellently, I was very impressed with scheduling and implementation in all areas whether it was carpentry, electrical, plumbers or drywall they arrived on time and cleaned up at days end everything proceeded as planned from tare out to completion I am very picky and they addressed all me concerns our kitchen was transformed to vision we had, can’t wait to start on the bathrooms

The Bath and Kitchen Gallery remodeled our kitchen, guest bathroom and masterbath, they also replaced flooring throuhout the living areas, removed walls, took ceilings up; for the most part they remodeled our entire house. We did not do this remodeling all in one phase, but once the kitchen was remodeled we did not hesitate and would not think of bringing anyone but Joe and the crew at The Bath and Kitchen Gallery to complete our projects. My husband and I are not exactly decorators, but Joe was inspirational and created a beautiful decor for us; we could not be happier with the results. The crew was phenomenal, clean, trustworthy, we never worried about any of them in our house while we were at work. The crew showed up on time, and completed everything on schedule; they became like family to us. We will be completing our final projects in the next year and we will be bringing The Bath and Kitchen Gallery back.
